{Mind the gap} exhibition on youth and dance culture.

Dance Policy will hold a free photography exhibition on UK youth and dance culture at Ducie Street warehouse, on the 17th to 18th of September, called {Mind the Gap}

 The gap between London and the rest of the UK is widening, for creative opportunities. Cities, particularly Manchester, need to begin championing creatives in their local communities. {Mind the Gap} is a photography event dedicated to exhibiting UK youth and dance culture with photographers based in Manchester and closing the gap. Involved are: @Mocap40, @f3mal3_gaze, @_Eglebdv, @filmbyAnisha, and Dance Policy’s own photographs (Zak).

 The event is set to be one of Manchester’s biggest exhibitions on youth and dance culture photography and will be free to attend at Ducie Street warehouse.

Alongside the exhibition is guest speaker, and Grime artist, Elijah, who has been inspiring a whole generation of artists, creatives, and musicians since beginning his label Butterz in 2007. He’ll be taking us further into detail about his yellow square series on Instagram and his insights into the dance music industry on the 17th September. Register for tickets here
